The Issue
When working with Drupal, after the workspace is initialized, there are many untracked files in repos/drupal.
How This PR Solves The Issue
Adds common files and directories from core/example.gitignore to the user’s global .gitignore file so that the repos/drupal directory remains pristine.
Manual Testing Instructions
Spin up an environment using issue https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3572039 for Drupal 12 (main) using Standard install profile and wait until composer install completes successfully.
Automated Testing Overview
I am not quite sure how to add tests.
